Science is full with conjectures, in the beginning it was tought that Tiahuanaku was 3.000 years old but now they say that its 20.000 years old, they also said that the oldest petroglyphs are 7.000 and 9.000 years old and it is also said that in America “behindhand” people continued to use them until the European invasion.
Without being romantic a can asure that no invader is going to speak highly of the people whose land he is invading. Actualy it is more convenient and he probably wishes that they are “Beings without a soul” or “behindhand”. the most applied technical terms of the most violent occupancy of those lands, because they were different they where behindhand My tribute is completely stripped of those values of the colonization.
When I´m standing beside those stones and there figures I feel like a little girl that can be surprised again, be amazed and admire those who millions of years ago left on those stones the mark of their existence and all that they have learned in these tropical lands, specially the lands near to the Convento river in Finca Sonador, in witch the Cooperative Longo Maï, Costa Rica is situated.
I feel like a little girl and let my imagination, intuition and my genetic code speak to me, I let them take me back to the gift set in stones that my ancestors left me. I let them speak to me trough the mind and spirit of that little girl, trough lines, circles, spirals, squares, dots, animals, plants and shamanic journeys. They tel me all the secrets that only a little girl would understand.
